Exegesis of Holy Quran Surah aal-e-Imran
verses 100 to 104
Some people (Wahabi) misquote this verse of the Holy Quran and they deduct their own analogical deduction (Which is totally haram) that, they think this verse specially 102 is proof that there must not be any madhab in Islam, thus they put verdict against 4 dominant schools of thoughts.
Now foolishness and hypocrisy when combines, they make Wahhabism. First of all, all given scans of authentic exegesis of Holy Quran give us something different than their (wahhabi’s) views.
All mufassiren says that, this verse is having reason of revelation to show us that how ‘Yahud’ & ‘Nasaara’ were been divided because they were having differences.
1) First of all, this verse does not fit as Wahhabi’s claim, because each and every Muhadith, Mufassir and Mujtahid is saying that this verse has having nasikh and mansookh type of verses.
2) Second, they are clearly saying, Salaf al Saliheen who are more knowledgeable than Wahhabis, are saying that this verse does not means that the difference of opinion among 4 schools of thought are something related to Yahud and Nasara, Because it does not regulate that stance. Neither four schools of thoughts are disagreed upon basic beliefs.
3) When there is no difference among Basic Belief of Islam among 4 schools of thoughts, than all Fiqhi issues, (i.e., matters of daily workout and how to perform out duties in the circle of Sharia). Then there is no way to use this verse against own Muslims and declaring them ‘Kafir, Mushrik, Bidati’
4) Verse from 102 to 104 clearly shows that difference and proves that Wahhabi’s own analogical deduction of Quran is totally against Salaf as-Saliheen’s view. Thus it also shows that when Ummah agrees on some issue with full conscent and they all are agreed on something, then it in itself become a law of sharia. You cannot violate the Agreed Upon Verdicts of Ummah. You must have to accept that otherwise you are out from ISLAM.

واضح طور پر لکھا ہے کہ !
اس آیت کا اطلاق اجتہاد اور فقہ کے اصولوں پر ہرگز نہیں ہوتا۔ فروعی اختلافات یعنی جیسے چار مذاہب کے اماموں کے قول پر عمل وہ سب کچھ اس آیت سے باہر ہے۔ جو کوئی اس آیت کو اس معاملے پر تھوپتا ہے وہ قرآن کی اپنی من مانی تشریح کررہا ہے۔ جو کہ کھلی گمراہی ہے۔
٭ جس چیز پر امت کا اجماع ہوجائے تو اس پر مزید بحث بھی گمراہی ہے۔ اور نیز عقائد میں تمام مذاہب ِ اربعہ ایک ہیں فروعی اختلاف تو امت کے لیئے باعثِ رحمت ہے۔ جس کو وہابی دھرم نے اپنی خودساختہ تشریحات میں کچھ سے کچھ کردیا ہے۔
